We accept reservations up to one month in advance for parties of up to ten guests.
WE ACCEPT WALK-INs
In order to accommodate walk-in guests, a portion of the restaurant is not available on RESY. Please consider walking in! We have several areas where you can enjoy a drink while you wait. Keep in mind that holidays, weekends, and rainy nights may cause longer wait times for walk-in guests.
If you are not able to get a table, please check out our sister pizza restaurant Esquina and wine bar Copita next door!
LARGE PARTIES
Paloma is a small restaurant. We have limited options for large parties.
Please note that an automatic 25% gratuity will be added for parties of six or more.
If your party is larger than 10 people, please email info@palomasantafe.com with your name, phone number and requests and we will get back to you in a timely fashion with options.

Corkage & Cakes
Due to NM liquor laws, we cannot allow guests to bring in bottles for corkage.
If you are celebrating a birthday, we have celebration desserts on premises. If you would prefer to bring in your own cake, a $10 pp cake cutting fee will be charged. Thank you!
